Child Labour Major Concern for Future!!

THEY ARE WORTHY OF THE MONTHLY ALLOWANCE THEY SERVE YOU FOR,
NOT, FOR YOUR UNREASONABLE BEATINGS AND ABUSE"
Even,After the Child Labour Act again active Since(2000) has shown no signs of improvement in our society.Still we see girl child working in the domestic homes,shoe-shine kids along the road side.We see -------is all what we do ,We even forget to hardly understand he is not
shoe-shinner but a 'kid'.Forced to work for the livelihood---Respect is the word they hardly come across and to feel it would be their hidden 'Dream'
Domestic help is the so called sophisticated term used to adress them,'But do we actually behave sophistically'
Child Labour through domestic help is common actually very common.....But do we ever realise the child working at our home in our surroundings ,washing dishes,sweeping doing all sorts of chores at very tender age are nearly the same age as of our children or may be our grand children.
What is wrong with our sensitivity?
Its we who are part of the NGO helping the orphans, mentally and physically challenged as a part of our "so called social responsibility".
"AREN"T we doing a SIN towards this children Who are challenged by life"
They are all well but they are forced to work for their livelihood .... for already taking a step forward for their family ,forgetting behind the innocent joys and childhood as the very genuine matter of age...they mature themselves due the circumstances.....NOT BY THEIR WILL
"IF WE HAVE EDUCATION FREE THEN WHY ARE THE CHILDREN OUT IN THE MARKET WORKING IN THE SCHOOL HOURS---PLAYING HOURS" THE REASON IS EDUCATION IS FREE BUT WATER AND FOOD IS NOT......THEY HAVE TO EARN FOR THEIR STOMACH WHICH FOR THEM NO FREE EDUCATION CAN BRING"
Why are we forgetting a child needs to be taken care , loved and given attention. and mind it every ----EVERY CHILD DESERVES IT--------
Ignorance and ill-attention spoils his personality for lifetime and kills the innocence.
Yeah!! But why shall we think ,we are so selfish that the basic principles of life are applicable only for our blood-ties ,isn't it?
SHE IS JUST THE DAUGHTER OF MY MAID,

To see how love is showered upon we can see our own Mother Teresa....WE agree we cant be as great as she was .......
But,can't we be atleast ..atleast a caring mother to every child, child deserves love, be it your own or anyone else...

PROACTIVE COMBAT IS TOTAL SELF DEFENSE!!
Women in today’s world are walking equally with the men in the world around in every field be it from the corporate world to the entertainment world. Women also stand headstrong in the defense forces in the globe around. But the question arises whether women in day today life actually bothered about their own selves’ defense mechanism seriously? The rising era of working women in the society brings in the very genuine necessity of being secured and 24/7 being prepared for defending themselves from any threats around them that may arise due to global working culture makes them feel like the weaker sex.Women has the ability to fight out things with their mental capabilities and science strongly proves that strong brain gives you the boost to perform in the respective strong manner physically too.
Taking into consideration the defense mechanism in women. Some psychological therioes play key role and have to be applied in day today life not only to achieve mental strength but also to have very tuff defense mechanism in their behaviours.
For achieving such behaviour into practice in your lifestyle you are ought to apply things in both technically and psychologically so as to successfully learn effective defense against the offender.
First things first, individual …..Especially women need to develop THE COMBAT MINDSET….combat literally means fighting. “Keeping things very simple and basically thinking when threat is around how you will react? and what you will react? and to the later part of it are the techniques to your way of action.”
Combat mindset is 95% mental and about 5% physical -----simple and effective thinking about your own defense plays a vital role for your defense reactions and tactics. Combat mindset delievers fruitfull results when coupled with different defense tactics in adverse conditions.Simple anger can also be your asset in your fight back. Your vigorous anger streak towards the offender makes every move hyper active. The thought that “nobody has the right to take your life away” Is the very important key to effective defense which is maximum important in combat mechanism. Self defending is also a job of more responsibility because to the base line every individual knows his own shortcomings but to think it otherwise you are also well acquainted with your skill of preparedness towards threat. It works as the surprise element for the offender in situations because reactions and that too combat reactions from a women are not generally expected and when time comes one on one ……..surprise element works as thunder volt shock.. And thus this shock puts you in the advantageous situation.
Your brain should actually have programming in the manner of steps and back up planning too. When it comes to alertness to threats they should work as reactive armour.hyper alertness and preparedness further leaves very little scope for the the opponent to fight back your high potential reactive amour.
So, women in the world got to understand the fact that are not just on the earth to be beautiful and delicate but also to be strong and harsh prepared for their defense when the need arises…..at the cost of their chastity.…..

Mystery of the lady theif (in sybmm).
Its a new story all over again in the whole roller coaster of the bmm journey,this is the case of stealing of wallets,precious things of the students in the sybmm class.It was since the IIyear term started,every two three weeks money getting stolen, wallets getting lost.These things always were heard by all the students but lets guess no one in class tried that to hard to find the thief or atleast to find the money of their own.But every "Dog has its day" negatively also,how many days was the thief going steal the money which was so much of the parents of the fellow students.Was it going to be a lifetime? BUT one fine day until when again a new girl's wallet was lost she burst into to tears and bolted with vigorous anger,she was disheartened for sure but she dint lose her presence of mind and recollected the appearance of her rupee notes and she made aware the class about the whole situation.Some friends educated the girl that a class mate of theirs has such an habit but they kept numb so as to keep her image clear for other students.But this was the last time,coz the girl(me) who lost her money this time was way and way short tempered and superbly aware of the belongings.She caught hold the girl and checked the bags of the girl who was doubted.For her shock she saw the cash in the bag which were marked and were familiar she was confident enough that this was her cash.She grabbed the cash and threatened her that if she dint give her back the wallet which was yet hided with her.The thief started trembling and said please listen to me the reasons i have got such situations to steal the money.But the girl was adamant and dint lend her ear to listen to silly reasons such as AT KT problem and stuff,she just took her belongings and left with way anger fit.
What can make anyone so unaware of the realities of life,how can you plan on the money which is not yours,and how can you be so awfully lieing your own fellow students who might have helped you atleast once in the class.Stealing,lieing cant be the solutions to your problems but the only ways are Acception of the realities.That you might not have a very good monetary condition in your family but you with your hard work can change your future and
with you and your families too from "rags to riches''.
So one more black mark in the history of sybmm the introductory batch which was a tremendous revealings of the thief and the skills of catching hold of the thief.

ONE SIDED COIN OF VICE........
HAve you ever come across a one sided coin of vice which was seen in the Birla college's conference room,in the whole disscussion among the students and the principal.it was particularly the BMM class.They were called upon for an enquiry regarding the goof ups in the industrial visit to pune.major misunderstandings were seen cropped up among the students of the Iyear and the IIyear batch,.......feelings of the Iyear were put across very well even IIyear had the chance to speak but the question arises of the listeining and understanding.We were heard but than to unheard which made the IIyears feel worthless and senseless speaking the truth for the whole situation....RIGHT PEOPLE were questioned and false was getting overpowered but deep in the heart of the liars,one day will come when their conscious will rise and that day would be the day when they would have no one to apologise or to repent on the lie statements.MIRROR is the only place where they will find their own real faces,
and
" VIRTUE WILL AND HAS TO OVERPOWER THE VICE"
but the lesson to learn here is that you can stand by the truth but no will let you stand...you have to beg for the truth to comeout.CAUSE when vice prevails its the "ONE SIDED COIN OF VICE"

Industrial Visit aka Inhuman Visit......
PAIN-STRESS-TRAUMA-IRRESPONSIBILTY-BIAS-STUPIDITY . These were all the lessons learnt by the students of birla college kalyan,IIyear (bmm) bachelors of mass media students.The beginning of this session started early morning 7.30 when the bus left for the journey of their so called industrial visit to FILMCITY in PUNE.WE means the bmm students were all set for the very first time taken initiative taken by the college to take the students for an outdoor for the study tour.101 students including the two batches first and second year.students were satisfied with whatever the facilities were available,the journey continued we reached lonavala by the gods grace and to our terror we got the breaking news that the other which was on the way of the first year has broken down and the working bus has to bring the lot of students back from the spot where they were caught in trouble.IIyear student welcomed the idea ato get the other studdents from the goof up......they had to wait.wait a long time 3hours to get the students get their refreshments done........and new bus arranged........that was PAIN lesson completed.....
later agian the new breaking news was that 32 seater bus has been arranged for 53 students this news also had its conspiracy on with the co-ordinator of the programme MRS....... (name cant be revealed but those interested mail me) this uncourteous lady announced that all theII year will get and make the bus vacant for the Iyears........and should adjust in the 32 seater with the strength of 42 in all......students was only that why should the IIyears get down.when they were ready to adjust with their juniors and only asked for the justice which totally lacking or unavailable........STRESS lesson had just begun when the one of the students raised her voice she was terrorised by the co-ordinator saying if you don't adjust she will commit Suicide, the student who raised her voice was not going to take these false messages and she was adamant to get the just thing to happen......but due the stress over the students for their marks made listen the orders which the lady passed.Stress was the tough lesson to teach and to be learnt by both the lady of bias and the students who were suffering.
Again journey had to go on....and students were on their way to the destination of the film city but trauma came again to them as their new from the syllabus,the were taken to a place named NFAR which was a kind of exhibitor of the reels of the movies,and the libraries for film making interested students,which was just hardly twenty minutes.FOR which we learnt the tough lessons of Pain-Stress-trauma. THIS was not the end,it was again the beginning of new problematic lesson irresponsibility.Sstudents got the new NeWS that the lady in charge wont be taking any responsibility for any ailments caused......the return journey toward our homes were started back again and we got ourselves held again in the problem of bus breaking down....we had to wait wait again wait at local restaurants place till 11.30 in the night and we receiving orders come to have the dinner else you will be suspended from the college.Cause their money shouldn't go waste.THE TIRED students dint have any patience to get down and have dinner they just wanted back to return home,Cause irresponsibly was on peak and students parents were on great tension for their children..The lady dint have the humanity to at least come and speak to the II year batch and ask them to cooperate its was the orders,which the students later dint follow..........she remained biased with clinging with Iyear students all time long with the All........
the discussions carried against the II year.The lesson bias Came as an understood lesson.the students learnt the lesson very easily............. stupidity was the lesson we just had observed in the whole journey.......unorganised buses,food,bias tic behaviour,ill mannerisms and lowest humanity towards the hated students........the only good thing which the II year understood that our only SIR one of the visiting faculty kept tight and was in a strong support with students but with the no authority he helped in maximum ways he could.and we salute his perseverance and the fighting spirit of the IIyear batch which will remain carve din our minds and the behaviour of the Lady (vamp) will remain like a fester to them which they will keep green to teach her A NEW LESSON OF "REVENGE BUT A PINCH OF HUMANITY"
